Recipients of Our e-books (the parties of the Lead Magnet Agreement)

We will process the personal data you provide to Us in order to conclude and execute Lead Magnet Agreement (The agreement for delivering digital content, such as e-books, in exchange for your personal data. Your data will be processed for marketing and sales communication purposes, which includes providing you with commercial information on products and services offered by Grape Up Group companies, as well as updates on Grape Up Group companies’ activities and participation in industry conferences). The scope of data includes name, surname and e-mail address, name of company, your position and telephone number (if you provided Us with it).

We will process your personal data that We obtain for the following purposes:

  • to deliver you digital content – such as e-books;
  • for archiving to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations;
  • for marketing and sales communication of products or services or activity of Grape Up Group, including sending you commercial information.

We will process your personal data based on Our legitimate interest as a data controller.

Persons who have subscribed to receive Our marketing and sales communication

We will process your personal data that We have obtained from you such us your name, the company you work for, your position, contact details.

We will process your personal data for marketing purposes, to provide you with commercial information about products and services offered by Grape Up Group companies, as well as updates on Grape Up Group companies’ activities, including participation in industry conferences  – on the basis of your freely given consent.

Your personal data may also be transferred only (1) to Our data processors that We cooperate with on the basis of a contract or other legal act or (2) to other companies that are affiliated with Grape Up on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller or (3) to other recipients when required by law or a binding order. Due to the fact that some of Our service providers are located in the USA or have their data centers in the USA, your personal data may also be transferred to the USA to entities which We cooperate with. How long your personal data will be kept

We will process your personal data in line with the principles of data minimization and storage limitation. Your personal data will be kept:

  • to contact you – from the day they have been collected and as long as We are holding the conversation in the matter in which you made contact;
  • for the purpose of improving the functioning and security of Our website – for the time for which these data are necessary to achieve this purpose, but no longer than until you express an effective objection to their processing;
  • for the purposes of pursuing and defending against claims – for a period not exceeding the limitation period for claims;
