Recipients of Our e-books (the parties of the Lead Magnet Agreement)
We will process the personal data you provide to Us in order to conclude and execute Lead Magnet Agreement (The agreement for delivering digital content, such as e-books, in exchange for your personal data. Your data will be processed for marketing and sales communication purposes, which includes providing you with commercial information on products and services offered by Grape Up Group companies, as well as updates on Grape Up Group companies’ activities and participation in industry conferences). The scope of data includes name, surname and e-mail address, name of company, your position and telephone number (if you provided Us with it).
We will process your personal data that We obtain for the following purposes:
- to deliver you digital content – such as e-books;
- for archiving to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations;
- for marketing and sales communication of products or services or activity of Grape Up Group, including sending you commercial information.

We will process your personal data that We have obtained from you such us your name, the company you work for, your position, contact details.
